A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THE BJi INC. FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF THE BASKETBALL COURT AT THE PORT TOWNSEND BUSINESS
PARK.

The funding of this improvement was conditioned in the
PUDA for the Port Townsend Business Park, and
The city has recieved $13,500 to construct a basketball
court in the Port Townsend Business Park; and
The City received a bid from BJI Inc.to perform this work
for the specified amount.
NOW THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend does
hereby authorize the Mayor to enter into a contract with BJI Inc. in
the amount of $13,500.00 for the construction of the Basketball Court
at the Port Townsend Business Park.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed
by the Mayor this 15th day of September, 1997.
