A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR A STREET VACATION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP98-10 (Arthur Karno). The proposal, if approved, would vacate the 12
foot alley between Lots 6 through 10 and Lots 11 through 15 of Block 26, Fowler's Park
Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, May 4, 1998, in the
Community Center at the corner of Lawrence and Tyler Streets, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this 6th day of April, 1998.
