A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AMENDMENTS TO EXTEND THE
CONTRACT EXPIRATION DATES TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENTS WITH CH2M HILL TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
GENERAL WASTEWATER SYSTEM PROJECTS, COMPLETION OF THE WATER
SYSTEM PLAN AND PREPARATION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN.
WHEREAS,
the City entered into a Professional Services Contract with CH2M Hill (PSA 20) dated
February 7, 1997 to provide engineering services for general wastewater system
projects; and
WHEREAS, the City entered into a Professional Services Contract with CH2M Hill (PSA 17) dated
February 7, 1997 to assist with the completion of the Water Master Plan; and
WHEREAS,
the City entered into a Professional Services Contract with CH2M Hill (PSA 14) dated
January 6, 1997 to assist in the preparation of the Comprehensive Sewer Master
Plan; and
-WHEREAS, the City finds it necessary to extend the expiration date of these contracts to December
31, 1998,
N O W T H E RE F O RE
Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to sign
amendments to the Professional Services Agreements with CH2M Hill extending the expiration
of these agreements to December 31, 1998.
