A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH ALL-PURE
CHEMICAL COMPANY TO PROVIDE CHLORINE GAS FOR THE CITY OF PORT
TOWNSEND.
the City is desirous of contracting with said supplier for the purchase of
Chlorine Gas for the period from June 01, 1998 to June 01, 1999; and
the Supplier has submitted the lowest bid for the sale of said Chlorine Gas
and will be the supplier if said material is needed by the City.
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to sign
an Agreement with All-Pure Chemical Company to provide Chlorine Gas to the Water Quality
Department.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and signed by the Mayor this
18th day of May, 1998.
