A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH JONES
CHEMICALS, INC. TO PROVIDE SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE FOR THE CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND.
the City is desirous of contracting with said supplier for the purchase of Sodium
Hypochlorite for the period from June 01, 1998 to June 01, 1999; and
the Supplier has submitted the lowest bid for the sale of said Sodium
Hypochlorite and will be the suPplier if said material is needed by the City.
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be It Resolved that the City Council of hhe City of Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to sign
an Agreement with Jones Chemicals, Inc. to provide Sodium Hypochlorite to the Water Quality
and Wastewater Departments.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and signed by the Mayor this
18th day of May, 1998.
