A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR A STREET VACATION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. 96-00079 (Rosewind PUD Co-housing Association). The proposal, if approved,
would vacate a portion of 32nd Street measuring 100 feet long by 28.5 feet wide between the
Landes Street and Haines Street fights-of-way. The proposal would leave 20 feet of 32nd Street
open for utilities, non-motorized trail, and emergency access purposes.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Monday, July 6, 1998, in Council
Chambers on the second floor of City Hall located at 540 Water Street.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor this
18th day of May, 1998.
