A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
FOR STREET VACATION APPLICATION NO. LUP 98-13; CONDITIONALLY
APPROVING VACATION OF PORTIONS OF LOGAN AND ROSECRANS STREETS
BETWEEN 30TH AND 32ND STREETS AND PORTIONS OF 30TH BETWEEN THOMAS
AND ROSECRANS STREETS, ALL WITHIN THE MONOGRAM ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND.
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Port Townsend has considered Street Vacation
Application No. LUP 98-13 (Deering/O'Meara), and following due notice has held a public
hearing upon the application;
NOW, THEREFORE, City Council hereby accepts and adopts the timings of fact, conclusions
and project conditions dated June 1, 1998.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend in regular session assembled this
1st day of June, 1998.
