NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Port Townsend City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 20, 2023
at or about 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, WA, to
accept public testimony on the ADA Transition Plan for Pedestrian Facilities within the
Public Right -of -Way ("ADA Transition Plan").
The draft ADA Transition Plan and an electronic draft map indicating ADA accessible
routes will be available March 1 - 20, 2023 at this link:

Persons wishing to testify to the City Council regarding the ADA Transition Plan may do
so either by submitting oral testimony during the public hearing, or by submitting written
comments to the City Clerk, 250 Madison Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368
