City of Port Townsend
Ordinance 3299 Adopting the 2023 City Budget
The preliminary budget for 2023 has been filed with the City Clerk. The City Council will meet in
regular session to conduct a public hearing to consider Ordinance 3299 adopting the 2023 City
Budget. The hearing is scheduled for Monday, December 5, 2022, at or about 6:30 p.m. in City
Hall Council Chambers, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Persons wishing to testify may do so either by submitting verbal testimony during the public
hearing by joining in person via computer or tablet at http://4oinwebinar.com (enter the 9 digit
Webinar ID 242-937-55) or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk, City of Port
Townsend, 250 Madison Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368. Written comments must
be received by 4:30 p.m. on December 5, 2022. Submit public comment emails to be included in
the written record to: publiccomment@citvofpt.us. The proposed ordinance will be available
for review by November 14 in the City Clerk's office on the second floor of City Hall, 250
Madison Street.
