MINUTES OF THE REGULAR SESSION OF FEBRUARY 13, 2023
The Port Townsend City Council attended the State Auditors Exit Conference on the 13th day of February, 2023 in Council
Chambers at 540 Water Street. Mayor David Faber called the meeting to order at 10am.
Councilmembers present at roll call were Libby Wennstrom , Ben Thomas, Amy Howard, Monica MickHager, and David
Faber.
Staff members present were Finance Manager Ron Logghe, Director of Finance and Technology Services Connie Anderson ,
and City Clerk Alyssa Rodrigues.
Director of Finance and Technology Services Connie Anderson introduced the 2020-2021 Audit for Performance and
Accountability. She went on to introduce State Audit Lead Tammy Lane and Program Manager Amy Strzalka. Ms. Lane and
Ms. Strzalka provided the Exit Conference presentation which included Results that Matter, Accountability Audit Results,
Financial Audit Results, Thank You's, Closing Remarks, and Report Publication.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 10:20am.
