RESOLUTION NO. 23-007
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON, APPOINTING AN ACTING CITY MANAGER
WHEREAS, RCW 35A.13.150(3) authorizes the City Council to designate a qualified
administrative officer to perform the duties of the City Manager during the City Manager's
absence;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend that Steve King is designated as the Acting City Manager from January 26, 2023
through March 3, 2023 or until the return of City Manager John Mauro to the office, whichever
is earlier.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 17th day of January 2023.
