A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO BID PHASE THREE OF THE TRI-AREA WATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS.
the City of Port Townsend is providing the Tri-Area with groundwater, and
this equipment will improve the capacity and reliability of the system; and
this project is identified in the Water Master Plan; and
this project is in the proposed ClP portion of the 1999 budget; and
the City desires to bid for this equipment in a fair and timely fashion, in
accordance with State and local bidding regulations;
NOW THEREFORE
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend does hereby authorize
the Mayor to bid Phase Three of the Tri-Area Water System Improvements.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor this
21st day of December, 1998.
