A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN AMENDMENTS TO EXTEND THE
CONTRACT EXPIRATION DATE TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH CH2M HILL TO PROVIDE ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR
THE SAN JUAN AVENUE TRUNK SEWER DESIGN AND FOR GENERAL
WASTEWATER SYSTEM PROJECTS.
WHEREAS,
the City entered into a Professional Services Contract with CH2M Hill (PSA 20) dated
February 7, 1997 to provide engineering services for the San Juan Avenue Trunk
Sewer Design and general wastewater system projects; and
WHEREAS, these are projects which extend over multiple budget years; and
WHEREAS, the City finds it necessary to extend the expiration date of these contracts to December
31, 1999,
N O W T HE RE F O RE
Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the Mayor to sign
an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with CH2M Hill extending the
expiration of this agreement to December 31, 1999.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and signed by the Mayor this
21st day of December, 1998.
