Vice Chair Joe Gillard called the meeting to order at 3:00

Nan Toby moved for approval. Motion carried unanimously
Approval of Minutes for August 2022 Meeting
Add Cosmo Rapaport and Sally Keily to last meeting
attendance 08/03/2022
Dan moved to accept minutes with the addition listed.
Motion carried unanimously

Sheila moved to award funds in the manner above
Passed with 3 yes votes, 1 no vote and 1 recused.
