Topic Motions/Recommendation/Action
As for carryover funding, where an event is funded in
December and takes place in January, Nhatt said that will go
on a future agenda.
In response to Dan’s proposal to retroactively fund other
events, Heidi explained that after contacts have been signed
that is not possible. The contract has to be amended, and for

money is rolled over into the next funding period
