RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY AND THE NONPROFIT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE SEXUAL ASSAULT
PROGRAM FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1999
The City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, resolves as follows:
WHEREAS, the Domestic Violence Sexual Assault Program is a Washington nonprofit
corporation; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to financially support the programs provided by the
Domestic Violence Sexual Assault Program, as they are a valuable service to the citizens of Port
Townsend,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council for the City of Port
Townsend that the Mayor is authorized to sign an Agreement with the DomeStic Violence Sexual
Assault Program in the same form as attached.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the Mayor
on this 19th day of January, 1999.
