HPC20-023 820 Tyler St. Enclosure of front porch on a Secondary Home Bill Mattinson, owner Narrative statement was unable to be opened/transmitted to the committee. Issue for discussion related to alteration to front façade of the building. All else would be addressed administratively. (Unanimous approval 5 in favor). Approved consistent with the submitted plans and guidelines for secondary homes. B. Formalizing of a Streatery and Parklet NHLD program. Public Works Director Steve King showed a presentation as given to City Council on April 4. He also presented streatery survey results and asked for HPC to consider temporary aesthetics. Later HPC would be asked to review long-term aesthetic considerations and proposed design review. John McDonagh stressed that no formal recommendation is needed. Feedback is solicited at the moment as in the presentation. May 2 is when the code revisions to allow streateries would be presented before Council. Other Business/Announcements: George Randels noted the Key City project is nearing completion.
