RESOLUTION NO. 22-002
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A DONATION
AGREEMENT WITH WILDFLOWER LANDSCAPING FOR LANDSCAPING AT THE
BELL TOWER
WHEREAS, Jess Norton of Wildflower Landscaping has offered to rehabilitate the
landscaping at the Bell Tower and provide one year of maintenance; and
WHEREAS, the landscaping at the Bell Tower is overgrown with weeds and needs
pruning, removal, and replacement; and
WHEREAS, the estimated value of the project is $15,000; and
WHEREAS, Chapter 3.42 of the Port Townsend Municipal Code requires City Council
approval of donations over $5,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend, Washington, that the City Manager is authorized to execute a donation agreement with
Wildflower Landscaping for landscaping at the Bell Tower.
ADOPTED by the City Council of Port Townsend, Washington, at a regular meeting
