Administering Oaths of Office to Newly Elected Councilmembers
On Monday, December 20, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. the City Clerk will administer Oaths of Office to
newly elected Councilmembers in the following order:
Aislinn Diamanti (Position No. 2)
Libby Urner Wennstrom (Position No. 5)
Ben Thomas (Position No. 1)
Although Council Chambers is closed to the public for the Council meeting with all
Councilmembers and staff participating virtually, the press and guests of newly elected
Councilmembers are welcome to join for this portion of the meeting and take photos while the
oath is administered.
The election of Mayor and Deputy Mayor will occur at the first meeting of the year on January
3, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. The City continues to hold all-virtual meetings. Anyone interested in
participating in a public meeting and/or providing comment has the following options:
1. Join via computer, tablet or phone and enter the meeting ID: via computer or tablet
at http://joinwebinar.com enter the 9 digit Webinar ID 578-066-435. Members of
the public are unmuted at the time for public comment and are limited to three
minutes per person

3. Live streaming (listen only) is available from the following link. Agendas and
documents are linked for attendees and the public. Once the meeting has been
started, click on the link to the meeting when it says “In Progress/View Event.”

Council Committee, Planning Commission and Advisory Board meetings also continue to be
conducted online. See published agendas on the City website for the virtual meeting link.
For all meetings, the City continues to accept written public comments up to two hours before
the start of each meeting. Send those emails to: publiccomment@cityofpt.us. Staff will include
the written comment into the record.
