A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
DECLARING IL BURNS OF FULL PALETTE, INC. TO BE THE LOWEST
RESPONSIVE RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR PAINTING OF THE PORT TOWNSEND
POLICE FACILITY UPGRADE.
WHEREAS,
the City Council executed a professional services agreement with Little & Little
Construction in project management services for repair of the Port Townsend
Police Facility; and
the project manager, Little & Little Construction, has solicited and received bids
fi:om the City of Port Townsend Small Works Roster, for this construction work
in a fair and timely fashion, in accordance with City and State bidding laws; and
WHEREAS,
Little and Little Construction and the City of Port Townsend has found R. Bums,
of Full Palette, Inc. to be the lowest responsive responsible bidder for painting of
the Port Townsend Police Facility Upgrade.
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend does hereby authorize the City
Manager to sign a contract with R. Bums, of Full Palette, Inc. in the mount of $6615.00, for
painting the Port Townsend Police Facility.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and signed by the City Manager this
7th day of September, 1999.
