A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR A STREET VACATION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP99-69 (Mel& Erica Epling). The proposal, if approved, would vacate
that portion of Hendricks Street right-of-way located between 21st Street and 22nd Street,
abutting Blocks 114 and 137 of the Eisenbeis Addition to the City of Port Townsend.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on October 18, 1999, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this 20th day of September 1999.
