"comply with applicable state, federal, or local statutes". I spoke with Gloria Rogers of WDFW. Gloria asked that we send her: Graphic showing type of wetland habitat and area to be cut (l've asked Tyler to add the area of disturbance to the attached) Square footage of area to be cut (Tyler is going to calculate) Method of cut? What type of vegetation is it (and size of trees)? How short will it be cut? How often? Can you provide the information above? Once we have a complete package, l'll send this same information to WDFW and to DOE. This all seems odd to me - if the vegetation has been cut periodically since 1995 or so - how did we handle it then? I was hoping to find a habitat management plan that spelled this out... ... maybe it exists and Gloria will dig it upl lf not, it seems like it is time to develop a management plan and try to reach some kind of agreement with DOE and WDFW for the continued maintenance of the golf course.
