A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH CBM
TO PROVIDE CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR CERTAIN CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City has facilities, such a.s the Public Restrooms which require custodial
services seven days a week; and
WHEREAS, the City desires privatize the services rather than to add City staff to cover
weekends, holidays and paid leave; and
WHEREAS, the Contractor has performed these duties and the City wishes to formalize this
relationship; and
N O W T H E R E F O R E
Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Port Townsend authorizes the City Manager to
sign a Professional Services Agreement with C.B.M.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, and signed by the Mayor this
day of October, 1999.
