RESOLUTION NO. 21-061
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A DONATION
AGREEMENT WITH THE B STREET NEIGHBORHOOD FOR ASPHALT ON B
STREET
WHEREAS, several households use B Street to access their properties; and
WHEREAS, B Street is a gravel street and the neighbors wish to put asphalt concrete on
the street at their own expense and donate the work to the City; and
WHEREAS, the cost of paving B Street will exceed the City Manager's authority to
accept the donation.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend, Washington, the City Manager is authorized to execute a donation agreement with
the B Street neighborhood for asphalt on B Street.
ADOPTED by the City Council of Port Townsend, Washington, at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 4"' day of October 2021.
