RESOLUTION NO. 21-060
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH KITSAP BANK FOR BANKING SERVICES
WHEREAS, City staff issued a request for proposals to local banks regarding the
provision of banking services; and
WHEREAS, four local banks were asked to submit proposals for banking services; and,
WHEREAS, after review of the criteria contained in the Request for Proposals, City staff
recommends to the City Council that the City enter into a two-year agreement with Kitsap Bank
for banking services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend that the City Manager is authorized to negotiate and execute an agreement with Kitsap
Bank for banking services.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 4t" day of October 2021.
