RESOLUTION NO. 21-059
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A
PROPERTY PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE RUSSELL
WHEREAS, 14th Street intersects property owned by Wayne Russell; and
WHEREAS, Wayne Russell has offered to sell the 14th Street property and adjacent area
to the City of Port Townsend for $1; and
WHEREAS, the purchase of this property will allow the City to clear title and locate
future utilities in the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend that the City Manager is authorized to execute a property purchase and sale agreement
with Wayne Russell.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 4"' day of October 2021.
