Dear Dave,
Enclosed please find copies of photos I took two weeks ago
of a wetland that exists in the Dundee Place , block 25. It Q `r)
is Located on two or possible three of the lots (1,2 and 3).4
I am including a plat map with the approximate location on
it. I wrote the city Public Works Department about it in
1991 and sent a copy to the owners (Peninsula Builders , 641
West Ewing, Seattle, WA 98119).
Since the property has recently come up for sale, I wanted
the planning department to be aware that there is a wetland
on this property. It does dry up some in the summer, but
you can tell from the grasses that this is a definite
wetland. One of the reasons I'm concerned is that when I
spoke to the realtor about this property and asked if they
told prospective buyers about the wet area, they assured me
that they do, "but no one ever asks ".
During all the rain and drainage problems in the fall I
thought I saw someone from the city walking around this
wetland, but I wanted to make sure you know what it looks
like when it has water. If you would like to see it or have
