RESOLUTION NO. 21-056
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,WASHINGTON,
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN A PARTIAL RELEASE OF A
UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE SOUTHERLY 15 FEET OF PROPERTY OF THE
PHOENIX ADDITION BLOCK 2 LOTS 1 & 16
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend was granted a utility easement; and
WHEREAS, the Utility Easement is not serving any adjoining properties, and these
properties have been developed with utility service in other areas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend as follows:
The City Manager is authorized to sign a partial release for the Utility Easement located
along the southern property line of parcel 987-300-203
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend, Washington, at a regular
meeting thereof, held this 7th day of September 2021.
