RESOLUTION NO. 21-021
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A LEASE
AMENDMENT WITH NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS PCS, LLC
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend leases ground space at the Water Treatment Plant
to New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC ("New Cingular") for equipment associated with its cellular
tower; and
WHEREAS, New Cingular desires to amend the lease to add an forty square feet of leased
space to install a generator; and
WHEREAS, New Cingular has agreed to pay an additional $270 per month for the
additional space;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend, Washington, that the City Manager is authorized to execute a lease amendment with
New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for an additional forty square feet of leased space at a rate of
$270 per month.
ADOPTED by the City Council of Port Townsend, Washington, at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 5th day of April 2021.
