Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 3:04 p.m.
Approval of Agenda The agenda was unanimously approved with the change of
moving "Update on Street Art Ordinance" to be the first item
under "Commission Business."
Approval of Minutes for January 6, 2021 Meeting The minutes of January 6, 2021 were unanimously approved.
Public Comment None
Chair's Update None
Public Art Committee Update: Jason Victor Serinus
announced that Jonah Trople had been selected as the
artist who will design the Creative District wayfinding signs
and discussed the process that led to that decision.
Budget Update: No recent updates.
2021 Commission Workplan The Commissioners agreed to base a workplan around the
following:
(1) Develop street painting permit and application with Public
Works Director
(2) Review and amend new grant process quarterly
(3) Outreach (both during the pandemic and post-pandemic)
(4) Action on diversity, equity, and inclusion
(5) Review maintenance plan and process for public art
(6) Review process for Angel of the Arts
They will discuss the workplan in more detail at the next
meeting.

Election of Officers: Nhatt Nichols stated that she was Julie Johnson nominated Jason Victor Serinus as Chair; he
not interested in continuing as Chair in 2021. accepted. Nhatt nominated Joe Gillard as Vice Chair; he
accepted. The Commission voted unanimously to elect Jason
as Chair and Joe as Vice Chair.
