AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND, VACATING THAT PORTION OF FOURTH

ROSECRANS STREET AND THE EASTERLY LIKE OF LOGAN
STREET IN THE EISENBEIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
PORT TOWNSEND.
The City CounciL of the City of Port Townsend do ordain as
Follows:
Saawl ion 1. That portion of fourth Avenue lying between the
Westerly line of Rosecrans Street and the Easterly line of Loyan

Street amw here and hereby vacated and removed from the public
street system of the City M Port Townsend, Wadhington, EXCEPTING

the benefit of the City an Easement over and through said vacated
street for the purpose of constructing, maintaining and providt,
utilitieS Df all descriptionn, including but not limited to water
and sewage disposal utilities.,
4,M Sjion-2.. This Oydinance shall take effect immediately upon
its passage, approval and publication in the form and manner
required by law.
Read for the first, second and third times, passed by the
Council and approved by Lhe Mayor this `.:ash day of June, 1962.
