A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND
FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING ON A PETITION FOR A STREET VACATION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall condUct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP00-015. The proposal, if approved, would vacate Grant Street from the
northern edge of 22nd Street to the southern end of 23rd Street
The hearing will be conducted at or about ~', ~ O . p.m., on ~J-~ n ~. ~
2000, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor this
first day of May, 2000.
