Funding Application: Suzanne Carlson and Teddy Lachapelle Suzanne Carlson and Teddy Lachapelle presented an application for a community event to paint temporary street
art for Black Lives Matter and the Juneteenth Freedom March
The Commission approved 5-2 to fund $468.
