Proiect Description: The rear of the building on the first floor has 3 existing windows and 1 existing double door
with a transom window. These openings are framed down to the floor and the existing
1----------1windows have wood wall infill at the base up to a +/-18" sill. The window opening to the east

1----------1door at some point. This Design Review proposes to replace the existing weathered doors

Sheet 8- New sheet showing fiberglass window with 2 photographs of similar installations
Sheet 9- New Sheet showing terra cotta cladding system
Sheet 10- New Sheet showing possible thin brick cladding systems as an option to terra cotta
