Minutes of the Port Townsend Arts Commission Meeting of November 6, 2019

MEMBERS PRESENT: Stan Rubin (Vice Chiar), Nhatt Nichols (Chair), Maryann Tapiro, Kris Morris, & Becky Busi. MEMBERS EXCUSED: Dominica Lord-Wood, Shelly Leavens, & Dan Groussman STAFF PRESENT: City Manager John Mauro, & Executive Assistant Kelly Graves

Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 3:02 p.m.
Approval of Agenda The agenda was approved.
Approval of Minutes for October 6, 2019 Minutes need revisions for members in attendance, will approve at December meeting Public Comment No Public Comment
Budget Update
The Commission reviewed the budget
Chairs Update: Ms. Nichols did not have any information to report out to
the Commission.
Public Arts Committee Chair of the Public Arts Committee Kris Morris updated the
Commission about the Public Art Plan and recommending
it come before the City Council for Adoption. The Committee members decided to schedule another Public Art Plan meting for December. Kris Morris reported out about Local 20/20 and Olycap
Housing in relation to Public Art
