GRANT OF EASEMENT
THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT is made tnis 7fr day of July, 1ggg, OV BETTY L. GRAHAM
("Grantor") for the benefit of THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND, a Washington municipal
corporation, and its assigns ("Grantee"), as follows:
Grantor hereby grants and conveys to Grantee the perpetual right in the nature of
an easement over, upon, across, under and through the Southerly fifteen (15) feet
in width of the real property of Grantor described as Lot 8 in Block 6 of Broadway
Addition to the City of Port Townsend, as per plat recorded in Volume 1 of Plats,
page 1 12, records of Jefferson County, Washington, for the construction, installation,
use, maintenance, repair, and replacement of a sewer line, including a temporary
right of usg and access over and upon adjacent land of Grantor for construction
purposes, such temporary right being limited to the duration of Grantee's
construction activities. Grantee shall restore Grantor's property to its condition
immediately prior to the exercise of any rights granted hereby.
