NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Port Townsend City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, October 21,
2019 at or about 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend,
WA, to accept public testimony on Ordinance 3235 Adopting Permit & System
Development Charges (SDC) Waivers for Affordable Housing, Low-Income Fee
Deferrals and Amendments to PTMC Chapters 3.15, 3.36, 13.02A, 13.03 and 20.09.
Persons wishing to testify before the City Council may do so either by submitting verbal
testimony during the public hearing or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk,
250 Madison Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368 (or via email at
jsanders@cityofpt.us). Written comments must be received by the close of the public
hearing on October 21, 2019. Ordinance 3235 is available for inspection in the City
Clerkâs office on the second floor of City Hall.
