A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION FOR A STREET VACATION
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP01-076 (Sunwest Management). The proposal, if approved, would vacate
12t" Street lying between Rosecrans Street and Hancock Street and a portion of McClellan
Street lying south of 13~ Street.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 6:30 PM on Monday, September 24, 2001,
in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this 20th day of August, 2001.
