RESOLUTION NO. 19-072
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO AWARD AND SIGN A
PUBLIC WORKS CONTRACT FOR THE 2019 SEWER MAINTENANCE HOLE
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City will solicit excavating companies through the Small Works Roster
process; and
WHEREAS, the City will award the 2019 sewer maintenance hole replacement project
to the lowest responsible bidder from the small works roster within the existing 2019 wastewater
operation budget amount of$90,000;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend to authorize the City Manager to award and sign a public works contract for the 2019
sewer maintenance hole replacement project in an amount not to exceed $90,000.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 19th day of August 2019.
