RESOLUTION NO. 19-069
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON, CANCELING THE PLANNED PUBLIC HEARING FOR LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 19-02 FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING 7"' STREET
WHEREAS, the Port Townsend City Council approved Resolution 19-048, which
scheduled a public hearing on July 18, 2019 to consider Local Improvement District 19-02; and
WHEREAS, City staff requires additional time to prepare for the public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend:
The proposed public hearing for the purpose of considering Local Improvement District
19-02 is canceled. When the City is better prepared to consider the improvements to 7 t
Street, the City Council will reschedule the public hearing.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 5t" day of August 2019.
