RESOLUTION NO. 19-064
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH HANSON ELECTRIC NETWORKS FOR
HOSTED TELEPHONE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City of Port Townsend uses voice-over-internet protocol for City
telephone service; and
WHEREAS, Hanson Electric Networks offered the City a three-year contract with a cost
savings of nearly $12,000 compared to the current month-to-month service; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Townsend:
The City Manager of the City of Port Townsend is hereby authorized and directed to
execute a three-year agreement with Hanson Electric Networks for hosted telephone
system services.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular meeting
thereof, held this 15th day of July 2019.
