for and in consideration of one dollars ($1~00) and other valuable consideration~ the
receipt of which is Qereby acknowledged, grants and conveys to GRANTEE, CITY OF
PORT ~SEND, Washington, an easement and right-of-way, over, across, along, throqh,
and under the following described property situated in Jefferson County, Washington,
to-wit:

Permanent easement 10 feet wide being 5 feet on each side of centerline.
Temporary construction easement 30 feet in width, being 15 feet wide on
each side of centerline.
Centerline described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly corner
of Block 181 State Addition Estate; thence Southwesterly 87.4 feet along
the Northwesterly boundary of said Block 181 to True Point of Beginning;
thence Southeasterly and parallel with the Northeasterly boundary of
Block 181 a distance of 135.0 feet; thence Easterly to a point on
the Southeasterly boundary of Block 181 said point being 29.0 feet
from the most Easterly corner of Block 181.
for the purpose of constructing, installing, reconstructing, replacing, repairing,
maintaining and operating a sewer pipe line and lines and all necessary connections
and appurtenances thereto, together with the right of ingress thereto and egress
therefrom for the purpose of enjoying the easement, and also granting to Grantee
and to those acting under or for Grantee the use of such additional area immediately
adjacent to the above easement as shall be required for the construction of the
sever pipe line or linea in the easement, •uch additional area to be held to a
minimum necessary for that purpose, and immediately after the completion of the
coru~truction and installation., or any subsequent entry upon the easement, Grantee
shall restore the premi•ea as near as may be to it• condition immediately before •uch
construction or entry. ·
