BID PROPOSAL

_____________________________________________________________________________ To the City of Port Townsend ("City"): In compliance with your Invitation for Bids, Bidder hereby proposes to perform all work for the following
Project or Contract: 2019 City-wide Striping in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, within the
time set forth therein, and at the prices stated below.
By submission of this Bid, each Bidder certifies, and in the case of a joint Bid each party thereto certifies as to
his own organization, that this Bid has been arrived at independently without consultation, communication or agreement as to any matter relating to this Bid with any other Bidder or with any other competitor. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this Contract on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed.

department of labor and industries or through a civil judgment entered by a court of limited or general
jurisdiction to have willfully violated, as defined in RCW 49.48.082, any provision of chapter 49.46, 49.48,
or 49.52 RCW.

action in restraint of free competitive bidding in connection with the project or which this
proposal is submitted.

agreed to the provisions of this declaration.
