A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE CITY'S WASTEWATER PLAN AS APPROVED BY
THE WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF ECOLOGY
WHEREAS, the City submitted a draft copy of the Wastewater Comprehensive
Plan and subsequently the Wastewater Facilities Plan; and
WHEREAS, together these two plans form the City's Wastewater Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Ecology approved the City's Wastewater Plan in
March, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the General Government Committee has recommended adoption of
this plan by the full City Council
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Port Townsend that the City's Wastewater Plan, as approved by the Washington
State Department of Ecology, is hereby adopted.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend at a regular
meeting thereof, held this 15th day of July, 2002.
