NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Port Townsend City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 1, 2019, at or
about 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, WA, to accept public
testimony on Ordinance 3222, amending the Port Townsend Municipal Code Chapter 13.05
Utility Rates and Charges and Establishing an Effective Date.
Persons wishing to testify to the City Council may do so either by submitting verbal testimony
during the public hearing or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk, 250 Madison
Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368 or at jsanders@cityofpt.us. Written comments must
be received by the close of the public hearing on April 1. Ordinance 3222 is available for
inspection in the City Clerkâs office on the second floor of City Hall.
