HomeMy WebLinkAbout2019-03-20 Ordinance 3221 Amending PTMC 17.16 and 17.18 Interim Land Use Regulations TO: Port Townsend Leader Classified - Legal Notice FROM: Joanna Sanders DATE: March 18, 2019 SUBJ: Notice of Public Hearing PUBLICATION DATE: March 20, 2019 _________________________________ NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Port Townsend City Council will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 1, 2019 at or about 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, WA, to accept public testimony on Ordinance 3221 Amending Port Townsend Municipal Code Chapter 17.16 and 17.18 Relating to Interim Land Use Regulations and Providing that the Interim Regulations, Unless Extended, will Sunset on the Earlier of Six (6) Months from the Date of Adoption of this Ordinance or the Adoption of Regulations that Supersede this Ordinance. Persons wishing to testify before the City Council may do so either by submitting verbal testimony during the public hearing or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk, 250 Madison Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368 or at jsanders@cityofpt.us. Written comments must be received by the close of the public hearing on April 1, 2019. Ordinance 3221 is available for inspection in the City Clerk’s office on the second floor of City Hall.
