A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PORT TOWNSEND, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE TIME FOR HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF L STREET
BE IT RESOLVED, THAT:
The Port Townsend City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Street Vacation
Application No. LUP02-084, requested by Jens Coppenrath of Wiehlem, LLC. The proposal,
if approved, would vacate a one-block portion of the L Street right-of-way lying east of Maple
Street.
The hearing will be conducted at or about 7:00 PM on Tuesday, January 21, 2003, in
the Council Chambers of City Hall, 540 Water Street, Port Townsend, Washington.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Port Townsend and approved by the Mayor
this 16th day of December, 2002
