A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT TOWNSEND,
WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR THE WRITE-OFF OF
UNCOLLECTIBLE 2003 UTILITY BILLINGS
IN THE AMOUNT OF $14,585.50
WHEREAS, certain 2003 utility billing accounts are presently outstanding and
delinquent; and
WHEREAS, the city has endeavored to collect these delinquent accounts some of
which are several years old; and
WHEREAS, these outstanding utility billings are deemed to be uncollectible and
need to be removed from the City's accounts receivable files.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Port Townsend that Water/Sewer/Garbage utility billings in the amount of $14,585.50 are
hereby written off.
