Call to Order/Roll Call
The meeting was called to order at 3:00 p.m.
Approval of Agenda
There was agreement to accept the agenda as presented.
Public Comment
There were no comments from the public.
Approval of Minutes:
October 1, 2018 Minutes as corrected were approved unanimously.
Add “October 12 new assessments due to Amber”
Identify recommended locations and criteria for
public art
Site Visit Reports
The nine remaining reports to be edited and/or completed will be
Committee members continued reviewing their site delivered to Amber Long by 10/29/18. Owen will deliver to Amber a
visit reports. zip drive with master sites.
Each committee member will deliver to Amber a list of sites assigned
which will then be forwarded to Owen.
Public Art Narrative
The narrative was reviewed without modification.
Public Art Maintenance Plan
All deferred to future meeting.

Next Meeting
Next meeting set for November 2, 2018, 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Agenda topics to include site visit reports, review master edits of
Public Art Plan, current public art collection.
