Persons wishing to testify before the City Council may do so either by submitting verbal testimony during the public hearing or by submitting written comments to the City Clerk, 250 Madison Street, Suite 2, Port Townsend, WA 98368. Written comments must be received by the close of the public hearing on November 19, 2018. Ordinance 3214 is available for inspection in the City Clerk’s office on the second floor of City Hall.
